Crazy Strength - Ladies That Lift
Lady's that lift is a twice a week membership programme looking to provide a chance for females to learn about the benefits of strength training is a safe, supportive and educational environment.

The programme will develop an individuals movement patterning and confidence in;

Squatting
Deadlifting
Pressing
Olympic movements
Pre/Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention
Balance, stability, co-ordination....and MORE!
We want you to feel comfortable in the environment and empowered to feel strong.

Sessions will be run on Tuesday and Thursday from 1000 - 1100 hrs with the added opportunity for social aspects too.
Limit: 2 classes per Week

Crazy Strength Club Powerlifting
Crazy Strength Powerlifting Club  gives you access to our coached classes three times a week held:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 1900 - 2030

Our Club programme is delivered through an app with demonstration videos to enable you to understand how to perform the exercises should you miss one of the classes and need to book into our open gym!

Open Gym Bookings are currently available:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 0700 through to 1730
Tuesday and Thursday 0700 through to 2030
and Weekends 0900 to 1300

Please note that the Crazy Strength Open Gym only gives you access to the Crazy Strength area and equipment and not to Southern Quarter Crossfit or Combat Academy.
