Crazy Strength Weightlifting Club gives you access to our coached classes three times a week held:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 1730 - 1900
Our Club programme is delivered through an app with demonstration videos to enable you to understand how to perform the exercises should you miss one of the classes and need to book into our open gym!
Open Gym Bookings are currently available:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 0700 through to 1730
Tuesday and Thursday 0700 through to 2030
and Weekends 0900 to 1300
Please note that the Crazy Strength Open Gym only gives you access to the Crazy Strength area and equipment and not to Southern Quarter Crossfit or Combat Academy.
Limit: 3 classes per Week
